2015 | A Year of Growth

Let's talk about fear.

When I woke up this time last year, I had no idea what I was going to do. I set a few goals for photography (that I accomplished! yay!) but wasn't sure where it fit in my life. I was balancing school, an internship, a traveling job for big oil, and making photographs whenever I could.

Surrounded by words like "we must travel in the direction of our fear," and "when there's nothing left to burn, set yourself on fire," I listened to those around me and set all of that aside.  I was terrified, true, but even more than that I was so excited to chase this dream.

So thank you 2015. For being a year of working harder than I knew was possible and for the gifts that work returned. I celebrated a gallery show, incredible travels, working with top agencies in L.A., the most incredible wedding clients, but most importantly, discovering that this is the work that I was created to do.

So those goals and resolutions you made? If the thought of doing them sparks something in you? Build them will everything you have.

Excited for all that 2016 will bring, but first, I wanted to share a few of my favorites from 2015.

Thanks for following along.
